How much does a medical abortion cost?
The total cost for a medical abortion at our practice is 420 Euros.
As this is an elective/private medical service in Austria, the costs are generally not covered by statutory health insurance. This amount covers the complete range of services: the detailed consultation, the necessary medical examinations (including an ultrasound to determine the gestational age), the administration of the first medication directly at the practice, all instructions and materials needed for home, and the final follow-up check.
